Nach einem herzlichen Empfang von Markus Nagl, Ewald Dangl und Andreas Strohmer er\u00f6rterten wir zentrale gesellschaftliche Entwicklungen, welche sich nicht alle positiv auf die Ausbildung der zuk\u00fcnftigen Mitarbeiter auswirken. Die Diskussion, die folgte, drehte sich um moderne didaktische Konzepte, die <strong>LeTTo <\/strong>erm\u00f6glicht. In Zeiten, in denen K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz (KI) und digitale Reiz\u00fcberflutung immer mehr an Bedeutung gewinnen, sind fundierte Grundlagenausbildung und effektive Lehrmethoden unerl\u00e4sslich. Dar\u00fcber waren wir uns schnell einig. Ein zentrales Thema unseres Gespr\u00e4chs war der erfolgreiche Einsatz von <strong>LeTTo <\/strong>in der Lehrlingsausbildung an der LBS Amstetten &#8211; Test-Fuchs-Lehrlinge profitierten bereits davon. Durch die Integration von <strong>LeTTo <\/strong>konnten signifikante Verbesserungen in den Sch\u00fclerleistungen beobachtet werden.
