Die Lernplattform LeTTo hat in vielen HTLs und den Berufsschulen einen bemerkenswerten Erfolg erzielt. Im Rahmen eines Besuchs von Christiane Veith, Berufschulp\u00e4dagogin der LBS St. P\u00f6lten, tauschten wir uns mit den Lehrlingsbeauftragten von OMV (Rene Reich und Matthias Leban) und Borealis (Helmut Haslinger) \u00fcber die Vorteile und p\u00e4dagogischen M\u00f6glichkeiten von LeTTo aus.
Ein zentraler Punkt war der LeTTo-Effekt, der zu einer Notensteigerung von ca. 1 Notengrad gef\u00fchrt hat. Der digitale Notenkatalog von LeTTo wird erfolgreich im fachpraktischen Unterricht eingesetzt, um die Ausbildung zu individualisieren und zu verbessern sowie dabei das Lehrpersonal zu entlasten. Besonders beeindruckend ist der Einfluss auf die Leistungen des eRacing Teams der HTL St. P\u00f6lten, das von der individuellen F\u00f6rderung profitiert.
